Hugging this character: That's mostly alright, especially if he considers your character a friend or family! If it's more because of other reasons (especially with girls), he might not be such a fan of it, depending on their relationship
Kissing this character: You can try! He might try to run away, though.
Flirting with this character: Again, you can go and try, but don't expect too much response. Kija gets extremely stressed if he is flirted with/has to flirt.
Fighting with this character: Sure!
Injuring this character: I'm also fine with that! We should probably talk about before how bad it get, though, but Kija tends to be rather reckless and is often stated to be the most injured.
Killing this character: Preferably not?
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go ahead, Kija isn't really hiding all that much anyways.
Warnings: Kija can be pretty bloodthirsty and kills people with no problem, as long as he sees it justified.
